Chef Young, a Johnson & Wales University graduate, has extensive experience in the hotel dining industry. He previously served as complex executive chef at the Sheraton Suites and Four Points by Sheraton in Philadelphia and as Executive Sous Chef for the Sheraton Atlantic City (NJ) Convention Center. Prior to that, Chef Young spent ten years at Caesars Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, where he worked his way up from sous chef to restaurant chef overseeing three restaurants: Café Roma; Venice Bar and Pompeii.
He began his hotel culinary career in Springfield, MA, where he served as executive chef at the Holiday Inn and as a banquet cook at the Marriott Hotel. He has held various culinary positions at Harry's Eatery in Springfield, MA, and at Fitzwilly's Restaurant and Morrisey's Catering in New Haven, CT.
