Few restaurants in the Philadelphia area hold a candle to the Dilworthtown Inn's reputation for fine dining, quality and consistency. That's why David Intonato left the Ritz Carlton New York in 2004 to accept the position of Executive Chef at the Dilworthtown Inn. After cooking at the apron strings of his Italian Grandmother and graduating from Johnson & Wales University, Intonato's passion for cuisine has continued to grow throughout his award-winning culinary career. In addition to cooking at home for family and friends, Intonato loves the satisfaction of creating imaginative American cuisine for the Inn's loyal guests. Chef Intonato's seasonal menus are inspired by the Mediterranean flavors of his family's rich heritage as well as the Asian, French and Indian elements he acquired during his tenure in New York.
Aaron Wilson, Executive Chef of the Inn Keeper's Kitchen, also began his career in New York at some of the city's trendiest restaurants like Babbo, & Jean-George. Now, Aaron hosts some of the greatest chefs on the east coast for cooking classes that feature six gourmet courses and expert instruction Monday through Thursday in the our state-of-the-art studio kitchen. On the weekends, the Inn Keeper's Kitchen is host to private parties and corporate events.
