INGREDIENTS

2 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into uniform pieces
½ cup milk
½ stick Keller’s Creamery Salted Butter, cubed
Salt & Pepper, to taste

STEPS

  • Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmering. Cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft but not falling apart. Drain and return potatoes to pot.
  • Heat milk with butter in the microwave for 30 seconds or until butter melts.
  • Mash the potatoes using a ricer, food mill or a potato masher. Beat in milk mixture until potatoes reach a creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with additional butter, if desired.
