### INGREDIENTS

Crisp:
¾ cup blanched slivered almonds
¾ stick Keller’s Creamery Unsalted Butter, softened
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup confectioner’s sugar, sifted
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Apple Spice Mixture:
3 lbs. baking apples such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, peeled
¾ cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
¼ cup orange juice
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. ground coriander
1 tbsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. Keller’s® Creamery Unsalted Butter, cut into small cubes

### STEPS

• Crisp: Pulse the almonds in a food processor fitted with the metal blade until finely chopped. Add the remaining crisp ingredients and continue pulsing until they are well combined. Refrigerate the mixture while you prepare the apples.
• Apple Spice Mixture: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Cut the apples into ½ inch dice and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss until well blended. Place the apple mixture into the prepared dish. Remove the crisp mixture from the refrigerator and break into pieces to top the apples evenly. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes for Honeycrisp and 45 to 50 minutes for Granny Smith apples or until apples are tender and the crisp has browned.
